Be Priceless is a non-profit health education organization. Our vision is to empower children from diverse backgrounds so they can grow up healthily and safely. Our SEED (Self-value, Empower, Educate, Prevent Dangers) class education program aims to strengthen the personal capacities and resilience of children and youth. We deeply believe that all children participating in Be Priceless programs should be in a safe environment, focusing on receiving the highest quality education and participation experience.

⚠️ An Imminent Social Crisis
Children in Hong Kong are facing severe safety and health challenges. Over the past decade:
• The number of student suicides due to mental health distress has almost tripled
• Cases of sexual assault and abuse against children have nearly doubled
However, Hong Kong still lacks health education that helps children and caregivers protect themselves.

Be Priceless is dedicated to enhancing the psychological, physical, and social safety and health of vulnerable children and caregivers, promoting Health Equity, and driving social inclusion.

Our team, consisting of over 70 experts across more than 10 fields, has jointly developed "SEED Health Behavior Education." Through courses and workshops, we comprehensively cultivate learners' ABCs (Attitudes, Behaviors, Capacities), focusing on improving four major areas: 1) Personal Growth, 2) Physical and Mental Health, 3) Safety, and 4) Positive Relationships

Over the past ten years, in collaboration with over 80 schools and non-profit organizations, we have successfully nurtured over 7,200
children and caregivers.
For every 10 children, 8 have successfully established:

Our platform is designed for children, caregivers, and educators. We believe that empowering the entire family and community creates the best environment for a child's growth.

Every child and caregiver is a unique seed, possessing their own growth needs, pace, and trajectory. Growth requires no comparison. We welcome every seed to thrive in its own posture within this “Community Forest.”

Here, you can freely absorb the most suitable "nutrients" according to your interests and needs. We will also continue to irrigate, constantly expanding diverse support resources for you through our online learning platform, physical services, and online store, accompanying every family through every step of growth.

1. Log into your caregiver account, click the top right menu, and go to the "SEED Services" tab.
2. Based on your needs, click the appropriate learner category (Toddlers, Children, Youth, or Adult Learners).
3. Browse the courses we offer, choose a course that fits your or your child's schedule, and click "Register Now".
4. Check the relevant consent items, click "Save and Continue" to complete the enrollment.

To prioritize resources for families in need, some courses require a specific "Residential Status" for enrollment. If you meet the criteria but cannot enroll, please go to "My Profile", select and update your living condition based on your actual situation. Once the information is updated, the system will open the enrollment for that course to you.

We encourage consistent attendance to achieve the best learning experience. If an absence occurs due to illness or an emergency, please contact us via WhatsApp (9373 4453). While we cannot guarantee make-up classes for all courses, we will provide digital learning materials covering the missed period for your reference.

Yes. When a course is full, your enrollment will automatically be placed on the "Waitlist" (the system will prompt you). If an enrolled participant cancels, we will fill the spot according to the waitlist order. Participants who successfully secure a spot will be notified via email.

Whether canceling a course for yourself or your child, the process is very simple:

1. Go to the page of the enrolled course for you or your child, and click "Cancel Course".
2. If canceling for a child, please select the child first.
3. Fill in the reason for cancellation and submit.
   (After submitting the request, you can check the processing status of your cancellation request at any time in "Class Records" under
   "My Profile")

Course details will specify the teaching language; our courses are conducted in either Cantonese or English. The course information also includes the date, time, location, requirements, and remaining quota for your reference.

To ensure children's safety, we have a strict drop-off and pick-up process. We kindly ask parents and caregivers for their cooperation:

Dropping off: Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the course starts. Caregivers and children should line up at the reception to complete the sign-in procedure. Afterward, our staff will accompany the child into the classroom and confirm the pick-up time with you.

Picking up: The caregiver responsible for pick-up must present the exclusive QR Code from the "Primary Contact" account. Staff will verify the phone number registered by the primary contact before allowing the child to be picked up. For enhanced security, the QR code automatically refreshes every 24 hours.

Before class, you and/or your child need to watch the introductory video and fill out the pre-course questionnaire according to the course requirements. You can scroll down in "My Profile" to "My Learning Journey", and click "Introduction Session" and "Pre-class Preparation" to complete the relevant content.

Our courses are designed for children to attend independently; parents do not need to accompany them or observe the class. This provides children with an exclusive learning space, helping to build their self-confidence and independent thinking skills. Professional instructors will ensure the safety and participation of every child during the class.

Yes! Upon successful completion of the SEED course and the follow-up questionnaire 6 months later, participants will receive a digital certificate. You can view, download, and print it in your profile.

If your organization is interested in the SEED courses and other services of Be Priceless, or wishes to explore collaboration opportunities, please click the top right menu and go to our "Our Partners" page to fill out the application form. Upon receiving your information, we will arrange for a dedicated staff member to contact you to discuss the details.

We strictly comply with data protection regulations. Users' personal information (including their mood check-ins and course progress) is stored securely, and can only be accessed by authorized caregivers and essential Be Priceless staff. We will never sell your data to third parties.

Be Priceless always prioritizes the safety and well-being of children. In response to the implementation of the "Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse Ordinance", we have taken the following proactive measures to ensure a safe and reliable service environment and to fully comply with legal requirements:

1. Updated Child Protection Policy: We have comprehensively reviewed and updated our internal "Child Protection Policy and Guidelines" to ensure all codes of conduct and reporting procedures strictly comply with the latest legal requirements.
2. Strengthened Professional Training for the Team: We provide targeted professional training for all instructors, staff, and volunteers to enhance their sensitivity in identifying potential child abuse risks and to ensure the team clearly understands their statutory reporting responsibilities and standard procedures.
3. Established Clear Reporting Mechanisms: We have established a comprehensive and confidential internal reporting channel. If any suspected child abuse case is discovered, the team will intervene swiftly and report it to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law to protect the child's personal safety.
4. Continuous Promotion of Preventive Education: Through our SEED courses, we continuously teach children self-protection awareness while supporting parents and partner organizations to jointly create a safe and caring growth environment for children.

Yes. If you wish to permanently delete your account or linked child accounts, please contact our support team at feedback@bepriceless.org for assistance. Our support team will assist you in completing the deletion process within 3-5 working days." before the final sentence. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
