SEED is a unique health education that integrates evidence and best practices for improving well-being and safety of children.

SEED Education strengthens the well-being of our diverse children through empowering training for

1) children, 2) caregivers, 3) families, 4) educators, 5) child-care organizations (schools, non-profits)

SEED course builds the ABCs of health in areas of: self-value, social and emotional learning (SEL), emotional regulation, well-being of mind and body, and safety (reduce risks against violence, exploitation, mental health, infections, climate disasters and more).

SEED courses provides engaging, evidence-based, and practical way to learn and practice important knowledge, life skills and actions that enable sustainable growth, well-being and safety.

Be Priceless invested 8 years and more than HKD 5.5 million, the collaboration of more than 200 community members, and more than 10,000 pro-bono hours by Dr. Leung to developed the priceless SEED Education.

Children, youth, and caregivers are at the heart of our program. Their views and partnerships drive our course design, impact assessment, and ongoing services development. Together we apply participatory design and systems thinking to make sure our services fit their interests, especially those who face higher risks or challenges.

The contents is adapted to be respectful and practical for the local context. The content reflects the depth of distilled insights from diverse experts in education, medicine, psychology, public health, social work, mindfulness, play therapy, child protection, legal, research, disaster risk reduction and more. The content is transformed by children, youth, storytellers, authors, artists and more into child-focused learning experiences.
