1. User eligibility and age restrictions

1. The Website is made available to users free of charge.
2. There is no minimum age requirement for general access to and use of the Website. However, children under the age of 7 may only access or use the Website under adult supervision.

4. Only users aged 18 or older may purchase products or register for workshops and events listed on the Website.

2. User Account 

1. To access certain Website features, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, as well as for all activities associated with your account. 
2. You may create and maintain only one account for personal use at any one time, and must register using a valid credit card. All payments are processed by AsiaPay, a third-party payment processor. Be Priceless does not store or process your credit card information and accepts no liability for any loss, unauthorized use, or other issues arising from your submission of payment information to AsiaPay.
3. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided to us, whether at the time of registration or at any time, thereafter, is true, accurate, and up to date. 
4. Through your account settings, you may save, edit, or delete your personal information. 
5. Be Priceless shall have no responsibility for any incident arising out of, or related to, your account settings or failure to supervise use of your account. We will assume that anyone using or transacting through your account is you. Any payment shall be deemed authorized by you and final.

3. User Rewards Program 

1. As a registered user, you may earn points by completing designated courses and activities and redeem such points in exchange for physical gifts. All redemptions are final. Redeemed gifts may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded, and redeemed points may not be reinstated under any circumstances.
2. Be Priceless shall have no liability for any issue arising out of the product quality and safety of any redeemed gifts. 
3. Be Priceless reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice. This includes, without limitation, changes to the points required for gift redemption and the applicable redemption period. 
4. All physical gifts are limited in quantity, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

4. Website updates

1. The Website may be updated or modified from time to time to reflect changes in our users’ needs, our organisation’s priorities, or to provide new information.

5. Limitation or termination of access

1. We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.
