Requirements
Children must be 4 -6 years old.
Children must be from low-income family, OR, with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Applicants eligible for a course fee exemption include families receiving:
1. Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA)
2. Financial Assistance Schemes for Students
3. Asylum seeker or refugee
4. Disability Allowance (Notification of Approval issued by the Social Security Field Unit of the Social Welfare Department)
