Eligibility : all SEED Course graduates*

Submit: A video of your journey of applying what you learned in the SEED Course to improve your growth, well-being, safety, and relationships.

How to submit:

1. Already completed our SEED Course
2. Record a video (30 seconds or more) to share your attitude and behavioral change in terms of your growth, well-being & safety

4. Complete “3-6 months Post-course Survey” (survey will be sent individually after submission)

When to submit: September 1, 2024 to November 29th, 2024 at 12p.m.

Prizes: 
1st Prize: One-night accommodation in Connecting Deluxe Rooms (a family of 4) with breakfast at The Peninsula Hong Kong (worth over HK$10,000)
2nd Prize: Shopping gift card worth $2,500
3rd Prize: Shopping gift card worth $1,500
4th Prize: The Peninsula Boutique Gift Box 
All participants will be awarded a Certificate of Recognition and a special gift
We will shortlist some of the most outstanding videos and upload onto Facebook. Stories that receive the most Likes & Shares will be the winners (more scoring details will be provided later)

After your submission:

The Awards will be presented to the top candidates. All other participants will also receive a small token of our encouragement.

Tips to win: 

• Actions that supported the health of you and your family, friends, or community.

• Showing evidence of these actions, e.g. how you apply the SEED actions in your daily life, or to help others
