Our Long-term Goal:
Improve diverse children's long-term health, well-being, safety, family, community health across childhood.
Prevent the root causes of the risks they face by providing health behavioral education trains children and their caregivers to:
protecting children from harm, enhancing their well-being, building supportive connections, and reversing health inequity.
By 2035, we will:
A) Empower 50,000+ participants with 80% children and 60% caregivers have improved health and health behavior lasting for 3+ years
→ 1 in 12 with SEN and 1 in 15 children living cross in HK
B) Deepen our impact: 50+ ambassadors who lead health education for our community to be more well and safety
C) Scale-up community-wide network supporting children's health & safety: 150+ partner schools, non-profits, other groups in 6+ sectors
By 2030, we will
A) Empower 15,000+ participants with 80% children and 60% caregivers have improved health and health behavior that last for 2+ years
→ 50% re-engage in our long-term for them and their families
B) Deepen impact: Develop e-learning and SEN-adaptations for personalized and family learning that complements our in-person training
→ Enhance SEED's accessibility to the most hard to reach children and caregivers
C) Scale-up the community-wide network supporting children's health & safety to 100+ partner schools, non-profits, SEN groups
→ 70% graduates serve others in community
